Who is Alev Leventoglu?

She was born in 1971 in Iskenderun. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara, she entered Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, graduated in 1994 and then completed his compulsory service.

Between 1997 and 2002, she specialized in Neurology at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurology and became a Neurology Specialist. She became Associate Professor in 2010 and Professor in 2015.

Between 2007 and 2022, she worked at Ufuk University Faculty of Medicine, in addition to his duty in the Neurology Department, she was the assistant chief physician between 2007-2010, the Nursing School Director between 2011-2018, and the Head of the Neurology Department between 2013-2022. At the same time, he was the founder and responsible lecturer of the Electroneurophysiology technician, which started his education life in 2014, and contributed to the training of many neurology specialists, physicians, nurses and technicians.

She graduated from Anadolu University Health Institutions Management Program in 2013.

There are many articles, book chapters and citations published abroad and domestically.

He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, European Federation of Neurology, Turkish Neurology Association and a member of the Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromuscular Diseases, Clinical Neurophysiology EEG-EMG working group.

With a minor in Clinical Neurophysiology, Dr. Leventoğlu also takes an active role in the Turkish Society of Clinical Neurophysiology EEG-EMG. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Ankara Branch of the Turkish MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Association.



She is married and has 2 children.
